While scrolling down through images on pinterest, I’ve found these 10 brilliant ways of reusing old sewing machine and make them new again. Now, if you don’t have old sewing machine. Don't worry, just enjoy these creative ideas and use it whenever you get an opportunity. I was stunned when I first saw a picture of sewing machine used as wash basin counter and it was looking amazing and I thought I should share these interesting and creative DIY ideas with you. The simple sewing machine could be so versatile, I never imagined. I mean, there’s everything in here from storage to wonderful chair projects, and even planters. I wish to use one of these ideas soon. Let's get started now. Several of these are painted, and if you would rather draw a border on the drawers yourself than buy a transfer, that is what my border design course is for: the corners go in first, then the repeat, then the flow.

Coffee Station

Turn your sewing machine into a stunning and functional coffee station. Just add beautiful wooden or marble top to give it a finished look and storage drawers underneath to keep your cups and accessories and that's it.

Dressing Table

Convert your old sewing machine into a vintage dressing table just by adding few drawers on both sides and mirror at the center.

Wash Basin Counter

This is the coolest up-cycling technique I have seen ever. Old sewing machine as wash basin counter. Have you ever thought about this? Honestly, I haven't. I am eager to do this DIY in my upcoming projects, this is my favorite.

Study Table

Chair

Upcycle your sewing into a functional chair. This is a bit difficult task to get it right but truly a worth taking efforts.

Add this beautiful piece in your garden, use it as a planter loaded with flowers or outdoor table to have cup of tea under the sky, choice is yours. Such pieces are too gorgeous and perfect for spring as well! Paint it or stain it whatever colors you want to make it really stand out. This is actually a great way to bring some of that beautiful summer scenery onto your porch..

Storage

I think smaller drawers would be a better fit for creating storage into to sewing machine. Finish them as per your taste and then use it as side table cum storage closet. You could turn it into multi-functional table just by adding a standing mirror on the storage top.

Dinning Table

This is a perfect addition to this collection because I love eating as much as I love organizing. Use it as a dining table, or you could use it as a conference table as well for your office. This is a great idea for individuals who are working as entrepreneur. It will help them to have non-formal sort of space where they can have their food while working.
