Shipping & Returns
This page is about prints and anything else sent to you by post. Courses, the membership, workshops and one-to-one sessions are covered by Refunds and Cancellations.
Delivery
Orders within India usually arrive within 7 to 10 working days, and orders abroad within 10 to 15 working days, depending on the address. We email you when your parcel has been posted.
Postage
There is no separate charge for postage at checkout: the price you see is what you pay, in India and abroad. Customs duty or import tax in your country, if any is charged, is not included in that price.
Returns
If a print is not right for you, you can send it back within 7 days of it arriving and have your money refunded.
- Write to info@ooshybooshy.com with your order number, and we will reply with the address to send it to.
- Return it as it arrived, unused and in its original packaging, packed so that it cannot bend or crease on the way.
- The cost of posting it back is yours, unless the print arrived damaged or was not what you ordered (see below).
Damaged or wrong items
If a print arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the print and the packaging. You can choose a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the cost of sending it back.
Refunds
A refund is paid back the same way you paid: to your card, bank account or PayPal. We start it within 48 hours of the print arriving back with us, and email you when we do. Your bank or PayPal may then take a few working days to show it.
