Refunds and Cancellations

Everything sold here is made and taught by one artist, and most of it is yours the moment you pay. So the policy is short: a purchase is final and is not refunded. The membership is the one thing you can stop, and you can stop it whenever you like.

Courses

A course is yours for good as soon as you pay: every lesson and every file is open to you straight away, with lifetime access. Because of that, courses are not refundable once bought.

If a lesson will not play, a file is missing or something is not as described, write to info@ooshybooshy.com and it will be put right.

The OB Art Circle membership

You can cancel at any time from My Membership in your account. Cancelling stops billing straight away, so you are not charged again, and you keep everything the membership gives you until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can change your mind and resume before that date.

Payments already made are not refunded, including for the part of a month or a plan that is left when you cancel. This applies to the 6 month and 12 month plans as well: they are paid in advance and are not refunded in part.

Monthly, 6 month and 12 month plans renew for the same length of time unless you cancel before the renewal date. A plan paid for by card as a one-off term does not renew at all; it simply ends.

Live workshops and one-to-one sessions

A place on a workshop or a one-to-one session is not refundable once booked.

You can move a one-to-one session to another time yourself, from your bookings, up to 6 hours before it starts. Closer than that, write to us and we will do what we can.

If we have to cancel or move a workshop or a session ourselves, you can choose a new date or have your payment refunded in full.

Buying from the UK or the EU

Online purchases normally come with 14 days in which you can change your mind. Courses, the membership, workshops and sessions all begin as soon as you pay, so by completing a purchase you are asking for them to start straight away, and you accept that the 14 day right to cancel ends once your access has begun.

A payment taken by mistake

If you are charged twice for the same thing, or charged after you cancelled, write to info@ooshybooshy.com and the mistaken payment will be returned in full. That is not a refund, it is putting right something that should not have happened.
